A replica of the primary site is created at a different location which minimizes the probability of both sites undergoing disaster at the same time.

2. Disaster Management
3. Communication Plan Activation
4. Recovery Plan Execution
5. System Access & Service Availability
An annual review of the entire system is conducted to keep the data relevant on both the sites. SAP also conducts internal tests annually, on a setup different from the customer environment.
